Lingerie inspired dress with garter decorations at the bottom . Body of dress is of a stretchy but hugging material (88% polyester %12 elastase) . Underbust 32 inches , waist 24 inches - but stretches . Zips at back . Cute sleeve detail- almost see thru . All buttons intact. Only worn once . Small tiny snag at bottom front of dress, but not noticeable . Hate to part with this beautiful, unique dress, but need more closet space *sigh*
