Lavender Fitbit Versa Lite DOES NOT WORK - FROZEN

This Fitbit turns on but is frozen on this screen. It may be an easy fix, but I’m not sure. Comes with original box, instructions papers, large and small bands, and charger. If you choose to purchase this, you are knowingly buying a Fitbit that is frozen and currently DOES NOT WORK as intended.
