amwilliams24 @kramercram hi! Thanks for your interest! The material is denim so there is no stretch. The bust measurement for a medium is 41.7 and the shoulder measurement is 21.3. The first phot was taken with light. The second photo was taken in a darker room so yes, the jacket is bright like the first photo
