@usher54433td it has the tags still. I think it is true to size. No stains tears anything. I had gotten it last minute for a wedding and I didn’t end up wearing it I was going to return it since I never wear blue ( was trying to be out of my comfort zone ) but I of course went with my black dress per usual. I just couldn’t return it because I was outside of the window
