dark brown genuine leather. excellent quality , still has tags , big roomy bag, perfect go to everyday bag. may be hard to tell from pictures. this bag has a zippered middle compartment with an open compartment on each side. ok so think Oreo cookie a zippered compartment in middle (creme) of open compartments on each side (cookie). There is also a zippered compartment on the side of one of the open parts (the kind that gives pretty standard in most bags). I personally LOVE the design. It's super convenient to be able to just reach in and grab what u need. This would make an EXCELLENT diaper bag or "overnight" bag. Also you can still have anything zippered in safe in middle or side wall compartment. although unless u purposely dump this bag turn it upside down nothing is "falling out". I tried to make a video of this and it came out so dark. I did edit the light of the video trying to make it easier to see. I will redo this video ASAP with better lighting.
