It's a navy blue cotton tweed, with a little bit of stretch. Double-breasted, with gold buttons in the front. Four gold buttons at each wrist. The chest measurement is 21.5 inches across, from pit to pit The length is 31 inches--tunic length. The arms are 24 inches long, as measured from the shoulder seam to the wrist.
