These wide leg Palazzo pants are beautiful. Almost like wearing a maxi skirt but more comfortable. I bought for a cruise and never wore them. I paid 119.00 for them. They measure 17" side to side at the top of waist without stretching any. Hip measures 23" and rise is 13". Inseam is 29". Really adorable and remind me of the 70's. From a smoke free and pet free home 💜
