Lauren James Blue Seersucker Dress

such a cute seersucker mini dress in the prettiest shade of blue! high neck with a fitted waist, flared skirt, open back, and lining inside. i added a small piece of velcro to help the neck fit better (shown in the last pic). besides that, perfect condition and only worn once :)
