Lauren Conrad sz sm skirt in cornflower blue layered pleated silky like fabric

Very cute skirt in a pleated style layered skirt. The top layer goes Galway. The second layer is full length of the skirt. The third layer is the lining. Very nice with the permanent pleating. The waist is elastic and just slips on. Measurements are waist flatfold about 13” not stretched. The total length is about 17 3/4”.
