Nicely made skater skirt with lots of flare. Scuba fabric, polyester/spandex, feels springy, gives the skirt nice bounce. Print is pink, mauve, dusty blue on cream background. Concealed zipper at side seam with hook & eye at top edge. Waistline finished with ribbon on inside so it's not bulky at all. New with tags, but has small smudge on inside, see photo. Not visible when worn. Length is 18", sits right at the natural waist.
