Ruffle around the neckline with a keyhole opening and strings that tie. Sheer flutter sleeves. Elastic at the waist for stretch. Chiffon outler layer, is lined except for sleeves. Tiered fabric at the bottom. There are some runs by the shoulder and one on of the tiers at the bottom. I don't feel that they're hugely noticeable due to the busy watercolor all over.
