Lauren Conrad LC Fit and Flare Dress XS

This is a super sweet, light dress. I've worn this dress a couple of times, and it's perfect for hot weather. I'm 5'2" so it hit right above my knees, a little too long for my taste. From armpit to hem, it measures just about 26".
