I love this green floral dress so much but it doesn’t fit me anymore. 😭 It’s still in great condition with no noticeable flaws. Tie belt is included and it has an elastic waist. Size 1X, purchased at Kohl’s many moons ago. :-) Happy to answer questions or provide measurements on request! :-)
