The dress is a medium but leaves plenty of room with the fully elastic waistline. It is a soft baby blue with dark blue paisley print. It measures about 32" from shoulder to hemline. The collar is pleated and has a tie on the back of the neck. It has 2 three eye loops to hold the matching fabric belt with it.
