Lauren Conrad Bracelet

Lauren Conrad peace & wisdom bracelet. Cubic zirconia. Color is silver with baby blue ribbon. Bracket is adjustable to fit wrist. New with tag. There are marks as shown in picture, where some rust has built up (idk how)? I’m sure an SOS pad would remove that build up.
