big, bold, brilliant, and unique piece. it's been in my personal jewelry wardrobe for some time but I've yet to wear it. haven't seemed to find the right time, outfit, or occasion to let it shine. I'm hoping someone else will. this designer is known to produce on a very small scale, everything like a limited edition piece. currently there are 8 of them available to the entire world! it is silver metal with an exquisite blue faceted stone in the large tulip shape then blue enamel in the smaller tulips. a rubber ring glides smoothly up and down allowing the piece to be adjustable and customize how you'll choose to wear it.
