Laura Scott size 16 P 16 Petite layered skirt

Reposhing this item I purchased from @ecaab. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. This skirt is beautiful but doesn't seem true to size. Waist measurement is: 15 1/2. Has a slight stretch to it. Questions? Leave a comment below!
