Laura Scott Maroon or Dark Purple Pencil Skirt. Size 8 Petite. Fully lined. Had a front slit that sort of looks pleated and hidden zipper in back. No separate waist band but fitted at waist. Measurements laying flat: Waist 14 1/4 inches, Hip: 18 1/2 inches, Length: 20 1/2 inches.
