This skirt by Laura-Leigh is a pleated skirt all the way around with a tie in the back. The skirt has pink orange and gray as well as the same color in very tiny dots throughout the surface of the skirt. The skirt has a liner but it is very thin. It's Zips in the back and the length of the fan is included in a picture.
