This top is a New without tags, never worn top. The colors are bright in a floral pattern. The top center group of flowers is sequined on the outside edges. It has 3/4 sleeves with end of sleeve wavy as shown in picture and it is also lined. There is a tag inside as noted in picture that should be cut out before wearing.
