mizzmink I don't know the monitor you're viewing this from, so it's a hard one to convey, but the colors in the listing are a true representation. Colors are presented in a watercolor look. The background is an off white. The darker blue is along the turquoise and the lighter is a grayish lighter version of the darker one. There is a bit of shimmer, but not much and has a slick feel.
