Beautiful, flowing Laundry by Shelli Segal blue patterned strapless inkblot maxi. This item has an empire waist: fitted in the bust (with boning in the lining). The dress has amazing movement to it! Silk outer with full lining. It was originally a size 4 but was professionally tailored closer to a size 2. Would probably fit 32/34 bra band size. Length from bust to hem is approximately 47 inches.
