Latico NJ USA Orange Leather Clutch NWT Spring Closure 8.75"

Latico NJ USA Orange leather clutch New with Tag. It has a type of Spring closure, see photos. it's is approximately 8.75 inches across. There is some light discoloration of some kind on the outside. I cannot feel them, it's smooth so I don't know what it is, see photos. I only see it when the light hits it just right so I tried to capture it in photos. I can tell it's never been carried. The inside is very clean. One small inner pocket. Please examine photos carefully.
