khook917 @dee144_ Hi Daisy, I wear a small, in the pictures of me above, I’m wearing a medium and had my husband measured me. My waist is 27”an wearing the Latex Braless Waist Shaper it gave me a 2 inch pull in making my waist 25” which is like a 20 lb pull in. The microfiber is tight but comfortable.
