This is a vintage Russian-made mesh replica hockey jersey from the Moscow team Soviet Wings, which represented the Soviet Aircraft industry in the Soviet Class A Championship League. It is a #23 Sergei Nemchinov jersey. Nemchinov played for Krylya Sovetov in the 1981-82 season, then returned to them from 1985-1991, at which point he was transferred to the New York Rangers, where, along with Alexei Kovalev, Sergei Zubov and the late Aleksandr Karpovtsev, he became one of the first 4 Russians to win the Stanley Cup in 1994. Nemchinov also won a silver medal playing for Russia in the 1998 Olympics in Nagano, Japan. In 1999-2000, he won a second Stanley Cup with the New Jersey Devils.
The jersey does not appear to have sizing information in it but roughly corresponds to the fit of a US Men's large hockey jersey. It was manufactured by a factory called Troika.
