barbiemo @soleilmoon I received every email and notification you received.. Posh has policies in place to protect everyone. They approved the return Aug 23rd and sent detailed instructions on how to send the order back and how to get your money.. You did not follow these instructions and kept the free gift+ box/bag/packaging I sent with the order.. They don't do exchanges..
