xmonicasx @amulya_u hey! No, it does not! It’s in great condition and ready to wear, I did add one additional clip at the waist but that did not damage the item. Let me know if you need more pictures or specific measurements. I’m just trying to sell as I’m moving cross country and am cleaning out my closet

xmonicasx @amulya_u hey! So for the skirt there are clips and if you would to do first clip wait would be around 29inch. For blouse you can probably open up by another 1 inch. Hope that helps! I also have a mother similar item in pink and cream
