Lascana stretch scoop-neck blouse

Lascana stretched scoop-neck bell 3/4 sleeve top. Never worn. Removed tags and hung in closet. I wear a small from Lascana yet this particular top runs really small. To me, this is an x-small. 100% Viscose. Stretch only on neckline.
