Large turquoise medallion bead necklace beautiful intricate pattern

This is a true stunner. I honestly cannot tell if this is authentic turquoise or not! It is really smooth though so I'm leaning that maybe it isn't but if not it sure looks great! The medallion is gorgeous all the way around. Look at all the intricate amazing detail all the way around it carved right through the stainless steel (pics #9, 10, 11 & 12 above) The medallion is large at 3 1/4" L (from bale) & 2" W. There are large turquoise or faux turquoise smooth round beads going up each stand along with large faceted shiny silvertone beads, medium silvertone & (faux or not) turquoise disc beads along with a few other shaped silvertone. For the last half of the stand there are brown solid disc type beads. The clasp is a lobster claw & measurements are 19 1/2" - 22" New condition tags men's women's ladies turquoise blue stone necklace medallion boho tribal midieval
