This is a large, round, lidded baker - or casserole. The maker is the Scandinavian crafter Dansk, and Dansk has been perfecting the way we cook and bake since the 1950’s. I grew up with Dansk, and I have been able to keep some of my parent’s pieces and have been buying some myself. Dansk has very clean and - even still - contemporary styles.
