Large orange tone.pendant

Beautiful pumpkin color oval stone encased in a antiqued faux silver setting with large loop for chain or cord and metal is embossed in vines and floral. I don't know what this stone is or if it is even a stone, it is smooth to the touch, not cold, may be acylic. Preowned in very good condition. Measures 2.25" from top of loo to bottom and 1.5" across.
