Large neon cutout clutch

Large clutch with cutout design capturing summer’s spirit of bright neon grounded by an elegant black lattice design. 8x13 inches. Very good condition. Minimal wear. Internal silver toner metal chain if you want to wear it crossbody style. Unsure of material - appears to be faux leather.
