Could you please provide a waist measurement, across the waistband, lying flat? And also the length of the skirt, from the top of the waistband down to the bottom of the hem? Thank you so very much!

@blackdoghaus It’s an elastic waistband 13”, stretches to 20” easily. Length to floor 39”

one last question - how would you classify the color blue? I am looking for a DARK navy. Is is more medium navy? It's hard to tell in the photos.
