Large Vintage Brass Eagle Figurine Perched On Sphere with Wings Outspread

This vintage brass figurine features an eagle with outspread wings perched upon a sphere. It measures just over 11.5" at the tallest point and the round base is about 5" in diameter - a quarter has been included in one of the photos to show scale. This item weighs just under 2 pounds 14 ounces. There is a label on the underside which reads "Leonard Silver Mfg. Co., Solid Brass Collection, Taiwan." The eagle leans toward the right but is securely fixed to the base (see photos from the front and back for example). This item is vintage and shows some indications of age/wear, such as some scratches or other surface markings. The brass displays an aged patina with areas of discoloration and concentrated tarnish present.
