Large Chunk of Turqouise Molded into the shape of a tooth. Has a nice size piece of genuine coral on the top base with intricate handmade design Thick Sterling Silver clamp holds it together giving it a large open bale to put on a set of Navajo Pearls or Heshi Necklace z I think it’s signed or it may just be scratches.
