Large Sterling Medical ID Alert Tag Charm

This is an old sterling silver alerting medical ID/identification tag. It shows wear, as can be seen. It measures 1" in diameter and would dangle/hang just over an inch, shown in photos 4-5. It is just a touch larger than a U.S. quarter. Lots of space on the back to engrave a condition, or conditions.
