Large Nikibiki y2k black dress

Only worn a couple times in great condition! Sequins are all there. The fabric is forgiving especially in chest area with a think band at the top but no added support like cups. Ptp: 17 1/2in Waist: 28in can stretch quite a lot but I recommend only a couple more inches over cause of the design. Will be washed before shipping as I have cats and nothing is safe!
