Large Native American turquiose bracelet

This stunning Native American piece features in its center a depiction of an Indian cheif. He's been carved out of bone which I'm uncertain from which animal it came. To each side and below is 3 rich natural turquoise stones, and 3 red coral stones. It's set in 925 silver, and is hallmarked J. I'm not sure of it's age but, I bought the piece about 15 years ago. The face of the bracelet is a whopping 3 1/3 inches high. The band is 5" with a 1 inch opening and can be adjusted one way or the other by a Jeweler.
