This is a large plush of Monokuma from Danaganronpa! The manufacturer did a poor job on attaching the tail with white hardened glue. I reattached the tail so that it was no longer barely hanging on with the glue they used. 2nd photo shows how the tail looks now.

puppymew888 @lilbroomstick2 it did have a DanganRonpa merch tag on it! But I truthfully bought it from an Hello Anime at Woodfield Mall so I couldn't say with 100% positivity!
