Large Black Material Shorts w Lace

(It is not a skort!!! It's just no option for the type of shorts these are) These are some really cute large shorts. Now let me be clear. This is NOT a plus size large. This is more like a juniors large. They don't say petite but they are like a large petite lol. They are very cute and never been worn. They are soft but not suede. Has some Lace on the bottom (See Pictures)
