Large Antique Black Cast Iron Scrollwork Design Couner-Top Basket

A large Antique Black Solid Cast Iron Basket with a beautiful Scrollwork and Footed Design. It has a beautiful scroll design throughout the entire basket including the feet and has a net like style patterned design on the bottom with matching scroll feet. It is large and will hold larger items without any problem. It's made of solid cast iron and will withstand a decent amount of weight. The scroll feet are a bit off and somewhat lean to the right side. I would recommend adjusting to correctly balance each side- with the right tools this would be a simple fix as I do not have anything strong enough to do so myself. There are also some rust spots throughout the entire basket as expected with any vintage item. This can be easily repaired with some cleaner (A Must for Rust is a great option), some 30-40 grit sandpaper and some paint of your choosing. Otherwise it is good vintage condition.
