will these fit a fat calf

@dogloverred I just measured the interior calf of the boots and got about 14 inches relaxed. I have a 12 inch calf and these boots have a lot more calf room than any of the other boots I own. The top of the boot cuts down lower than my other boots, making it more flexible and not as constricting. I hope that makes sense! I can add some pictures to try and explain!
