Lapis strapless Dress with sequins floral

Beautiful pre-owned Lapis strapless dress in One Size. It does not have straps but does have fabric hoops where they could be attached if you have something that would work. The dress is in good condition. No flaws that I see on the exterior of the dress, but there are 2 places on the inside of the dress that the lining has came unsewn.-please see pictures.
