Lapis black & white elastic waist skirt or dress

Lapis black and white skirt with elastic waist. Excellent used condition. The label indicates it is a one size fits most. I’m listing as a medium and wore this as a size 6, 8 & 10, 12. Note the waist measurement photo, one when not stretching and one with hanger stretching the waist. On figure photo shows how it can be worn as a dress (different pattern than one for sale).
