Lapis Black & White Graphic Art Skirt

Lapis white pleated high waist skirt with black polka dot and rose comic book/graphic art style skirt. Pleated in the front and A-line in the back. 28” waist, zips up on one side. 18” from top to bottom. Never ended up wearing it, still in perfect condition.
