Lapis Bandeau Dress or Skirt One Size Black with Grey Print

Bandeau Dress by Lapis, very pretty grey on black woven floral print. 35 inches long, 13 inches wide on top, it’s strapless with a smocked stretch that stretches nicely. It’s a convertible dress so it can be worn as a long skirt as well. I bought 3 of these dresses in different colors for vacation to wear as a pool and beach cover up.. removed the tags on this one and never ended up using it so I’m selling this. This is New Without Tags. Very pretty on, can also be style with a belt under the bust to dress it up further. , or tank top and belt as a cute long skirt.
