Adorable mini with drapey front - could also be a top if too short - included picture with measuring tape and it’s about 25 inches. For me I wore it with leggings because my butt made it too short. Small brushlike mark on fabric in front that I didn’t even notice when I bought it, so I don’t know what it is, but like I said I didn’t even notice it (last picture)

poshseller4481 @gld785 it’s definitely a mini dress, I don’t think it would work if you tried to wear it as a skirt as it has the ruching at the top for your chest
