Lanvin label shirt minidress, orange purple black white, women's size M

This was a funky thrifting find and im fairly certain this is not original Lanvin, but it is a cool piece. can be worn as a long top or a minidress; perfect length to be worn with leggings or thigh high boots. Butterfly collar, buttoned cuffs and placket, and 100% polyester. Size isn't marked but I estimate it to fit a women's size Medium.
