Lantern Sleeve Tie-Back Dress

This dress is a summer staple! Sky blue, flowy, and so comfortable. Can be worn as a square neck or off the shoulder. Lined, ruched bust, elastic neck and cuffs, and smocked waist. The bowknot in the back is long enough to wrap around and be tied in front like the third picture.
