Lane Bryant designs Navy Blue Floral Elastic Back Skirt 22/24

Waist 38”- 45” Length 35” -material does not stretch -good used condition -No holes or stains - it has a section on the back of the elastic that is missing the secondary stitching. It does not effect the the wear or look of the skirt since it is just the second stitching line as a back up to keep the elastic from flipping and half of that is still there so it does not flip. But wanted to point it out. -it also has a zipper and button side closure
